Within 15 days from the date of purchase, you are welcome to return any unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached, in the original packaging, to receive a full refund, subject to the applicable specifications. Swimsuits must have liner securely attached & not removed , altered or frayed or item will be considered final sale and non refundable. A return authorization is required in order to receive a return label. Please contact us in order to start the return process. To return merchandise by mail, carefully pack the items you wish to return along with the packing slip into the original packaging. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any Canada Post location. You will be credited to the payment method used in the original transaction. Please allow 5 business days after receiving the product. Please also note : • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless an item was shipped in error or was damaged in transit. There is a shipping fee of $6.00 for returns. • Important : This item is an RCL/MARKET item and cannot be returned at RCL’s physical location and/or Distribution Center.
