silk
Do not wash at very hot temperatures. No tumble dry. Resistant stains must be treated by a professional. Must not be steam ironed; if ironed, must be at low temperature.
Acetate, Rayon and Viscose
In order to preserve the form of the garment, it must not be tumble-dried.
Advantages: Has a silky smooth material that maintains its color.
Inconveniences: Flammable and prone to static.
Polyester, Nylon, Etc.
Sensitive to heat. Must be washed in warm water and ironed with no steam at low temperature.
Advantages: Very resistant. Very few wrinkles. Keeps its color.
Inconveniences: Highly flammable and prone to static.
Always have the clothes aired and dried prior to washing.
Empty the pockets, unfasten the buttons and lift the collar before washing.
Do not overload the washer.
Do not wash at very hot temperatures.
In the first few washes, the colors may bleed; therefore the garments should be washed alone.
Always use cold water and do not soak.
Allow the soap or detergent to totally dissolve before adding the garment.
