You can return your order within 30 days from delivery. Please contact us to request a returns label. Please note there is a $7.95 restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund. Goods must be in their original condition or the condition described upon contact. All original packaging and labels must be included. Items with makeup marks, no hygienic liners, removed tags, or in otherwise unsalable condition may be rejected. Any items found to be altered or customised in any way will not be eligible for refund. We ask that you include a note with your order number and reason for return so that we can quickly identify your order to avoid delays in processing your refund.
