How do I track my order?
If you have an account, you can navigate to your Orders to view and track your orders. Otherwise, you can view your order status and track your order by clicking here.
How long does it take me to get my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days (often sooner!), with an additional 2–3 business days for rural areas.
Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

How do I return an item?
To return your order by mail, start a return and follow the instructions to generate your return label.
For a quicker refund, you can also return your items at any of our Reitmans stores.
IN-STORE & CURBSIDE PICKUP
What is In-store pick-up?
Instead of Ship, select Pick upand select your preferred store location at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Are there additional fees for in-store pick-up?
No. Pick-up in store is free.
Can I ship to different store locations?
Once an order is placed, the pickup store cannot be changed.
ACCOUNTS
How to create a Reitmans account?
Signing in is now faster, simpler, and more convenient—no password required! You can keep all your orders and delivery details in one place, making it easy to track purchases and manage your account.
You now have two ways to access your account:
- Sign in with Shop - Use the same Shop account across many participating retailers—no need to create multiple accounts.
- Sign in with your email address
Both options use a one-time verification code sent to your email or phone for secure access.
How to modify a Reitmans account?
Log into your account and update your details in the account settings. You can make updates to the email address and name in your account.
To update your shipping address or payment details, please visit the Shop App account page at: https://shop.app/
From there, you can securely manage your saved addresses and credit card information directly within your account.
Reitmans Marketing Emails
You can sign up on our website or during checkout.
In case you want to unsubscribe
Use the unsubscribe link in any email. Please note it can take up to 10 business
days to stop receiving marketing emails after you unsubscribe.
Should you chose to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, you will still
receive order-related emails, such as order confirmations and shipping confirmations. We may also contact you by email regarding any questions related to your order.
