Reitmans - $100 Gift Cards (3) Product Reviews Contest – Monthly

From the 1st day of the month at 12:01 AM (ET) to the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (ET).

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST (the “Contest”). A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. All monetary amounts herein are calculated in Canadian dollars.

3. The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal or permanent residents of Canada, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except the directors, officers, agents and employees of Reitmans (Canada) Limited and all of its affiliated and associated entities and divisions (collectively, “Reitmans”), their respective advertising and promotional agencies, all members of their respective immediate families living in the same household, and any other persons with whom they are domiciled. For greater certainty, entrants who are minors in their jurisdiction of residence are not eligible to enter the Contest.

4. By entering the Contest, each entrant accepts the terms and conditions of these Contest rules and regulations (the “Rules”) and agrees to be bound by them. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. The Contest will be open from the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) until the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Entry Deadline”).

6. In order to enter for a chance to win one of three (3) prizes awarded each month (individually, a “Prize”, defined in Section 9 below), each entrant must, by the Entry Deadline:

a. Click on the survey link in the email the entrant received following the purchase of a product OR click on the “Write a Review” link found on the Internet page for a product on Reitmans’ website (www.reitmans.com).

b. Answer all the questions from the survey.

c. Click “Post My Review”.

7. Reitmans reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose Comment contains, whether in whole or in part, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, profane, lewd, violent, illegal, fraudulent, graphic or vulgar content, slander, nudity, violates any other party’s proprietary rights, promotes hatred, otherwise gives rise to a criminal offence or civil liability on the part of any person or entity, or that is otherwise unlawful or in contravention of applicable laws and regulations or is deemed by Reitmans, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the spirit or theme of the Contest or with the Reitmans brand.

8. All eligible entries must be received by Reitmans by the Entry Deadline and comply with the terms hereof. All entries become the property of Reitmans. Any entries by third parties, or generated by a script, macro, or any other automated means (including electronic, robotic, or computer automated programs, tools, bots, scripts, macros, systems, or software), or entries containing typographical errors, altered, tampered with, incomplete, inaccurate, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with the Rules, will be considered null and void and will result in disqualification. Repeated violations may render such entrants ineligible for future contests. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Entry Deadline.

9. There will be three (3) Prize Winners (each a “Prize Winner”) who will each receive a Reitmans gift card valued at one hundred dollars ($100.00) (the “Prize”), which may be used at any participating Reitmans store in Canada or on the Reitmans e-commerce site (the “Reitmans Gift Card”).

10. The total retail value of the Prizes awarded in the Contest is three hundred dollars ($300.00).

11. Three (3) random draws will be conducted at the head offices of Reitmans in Montréal, Québec (or remotely) five (5) business days following the end of the monthly contest (Eastern Time) (the “Draw Date”), to select the three (3) Prize Winners from among all eligible entries received by the Entry Deadline.

12. Each Prize Winner will be contacted by email (the “Claim Message”) on the Draw Date. They have 48 hours from the time of the Claim Message (the “Claim Time”) to submit their telephone number, mailing address, and any other required contact information to Reitmans. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and Reitmans may select an alternate Prize Winner. Reitmans is not responsible for failed attempts to contact Prize Winners.

13. Reitmans reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any entrant or Prize Winner. Prize Winners must comply with the Rules and correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (the “Skill-Testing Question”) as part of the Release. Prize Winners may also need to execute a full release and affidavit of eligibility (the “Release”). Failure to comply with these requirements will result in disqualification and Reitmans may select a new Prize Winner.

14. The Prize will be awarded on the date eligibility qualifications are satisfied (the “Award Date”). The Prize will be sent by email to the address provided within five (5) business days following the Claim Date (the “Delivery Date”). The Prize Winner’s name and/or photograph may appear on www.reitmans.com and/or Reitmans social media pages for at least 30 days after the Award Date.

15. No cash, product substitution, or prize equivalent is permitted. The Prize cannot be combined with any other contest or offer and must be accepted as is. No component of the Prize may be returned. No rain checks or compensation for costs incurred by the Prize Winner will be provided.

16. If, due to error, more Prizes are claimed than specified, all valid claimants will be included in a random draw to award the advertised number of Prizes. A maximum of three (3) Prizes will be awarded.

17. By entering the Contest, entrants grant Reitmans the right to use their name, photograph, voice, likeness, biographical information, and city/province of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide. Those who do not wish their personal information to be used for such purposes must indicate so in writing to Reitmans at: 250 Sauvé Street West, Montréal, Québec, H3L 1Z2; Attention: Reitmans Customer Service. 18. All expenses related to the receipt and use of the Prize, including fees, taxes, and travel costs, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be reissued.

19. Reitmans is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, or ineligible entries, technical malfunctions, human error, or any problems relating to the administration of the Contest.

20. If the Contest cannot run as planned due to technical failures, insufficient entries, or any other cause beyond Reitmans’ control, Reitmans reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest or disqualify individuals attempting to undermine its operation. Any attempt to damage or disrupt the Contest will be considered a violation of law.

21. In case of dispute regarding entries from the same email account, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder. Prize Winners may need to provide proof of authorization.

22. All entrants assume liability for injuries caused by participation in the Contest or use/misuse of the Prize. Entrants release Reitmans and its affiliates from any and all claims, including personal injury, death, property damage, or publicity rights claims.

23. It is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Reitmans in writing of any changes to contact information. All corrections must be received by the Entry Deadline.
