Important Notice: Temporary Suspension of Mail-In Returns
Due to the ongoing Canada Post labour disruption, mail-in returns of online orders are temporarily unavailable. You will be able to access our return portal and generate a return label once the strike has ended.
What You Can Do:
- Return In-Store : Online purchases can still be returned at our store locations. Find a Store Near You.
- Hold On to Your Items: Our return policy has been extended. All eligible online purchases made after August 26th 2025, can be returned up to 30 days after the strike concludes.
