Very fitted but cute!

I bought XL to fit 38DD. It looks flattering from the front, despite how fitted it is. I believe the ribbing in the fabric helps with that. The side profile though - not so much. I can definitely see my tummy and the outline of my jeans through the top. Tucking it doesn't make it look any better. The fabric does have some give, so the fit doesn't compromise comfort. I was hoping to wear the top on its own, but, because of the fit, I may have to designate it as a layering top. Disappointed because it's so cute! The "shadow grey" stripe is also a weird description for the colour, since it is arguably more pink (see pic, which I took while wearing it in natural daylight). I would say 3.5 /5 because of the fit, which seems small for XL. I am happy with the shoulder seam placement and the length of the sleeves and hem, however. It fits my short arms and torso (5'0"), so sizing up would probably make those areas of the top too large.
