I absolutely loved these from the second I tried them on. I bought the brown which is a color that I usually don't choose but I was drawn to them. They are so comfortable, they stay up, I love the high waist for tummy control and they do have stretch. I had to try on a few pairs before finding a pair that was stitched properly. Watch the inner thigh stitching especially because one missed stitch will turn into a big hole.

Seriously these are amazing! I've had many many faux leather leggings and pants over the years and by far these are the best I've ever worn. They have amazing stretch making them so comfortable and non restricting, plus the soft fabric feels wonderful against the legs and keeps you warm, if you feel like the band is to wide and don't like the feel of it on your skin a super easy solution is to tuck a tighter tank top inside them under your shirt. I have the mocha and cognac colours already and keep checking back to try to get the black. They have almost been bought several times but every time I get them in the cart they are sold out when I go to pay. I am really hoping I can get them. As for leg length they look super short on the model. I am 5'4" and bought the regular and they hit at the perfect length at the bottom of my ankles. I also am 159lbs and bought the size 10 they fit like a dream. If I wanted a super super tight fit I would go down a size but definitely don't go up a size with the stretch they will bag out and feel to large and would be hiking them up every two seconds. Oh should also mention the waist does NOT roll down, many others I've had in the past the band flips down these have not done that at all every time I've worn them (which is a ton already), and best part you can totally dress these down for everyday wear with a loose tunic sweater
