I was eyeing these all winter and finally ordered them in the spring. When I received them, I loved the slightly lighter navy color, the smooth fabric, and the ankle length was exactly as I hoped. Then I put them on. I almost cried. I got them up over my bottom and the waist was at least 4" too small. There was no way I could get them done up if I wanted to. I'm not sure why they are called Curvy, since they most certainly are not. For reference, I ordered size 14 petite, but I would say they fit more like a size 10. I also found they didn't have a very high waist, which some of the pants say they have a high waist, but when I get them, they are sitting at or below my belly button, and I have a short torso. I do carry some hormonal weight at the middle, but I'm wearing size 14 in other pants, with no issues. I like the high waist, when I can get it, because it makes my middle smoother (no muffin top). I recommend sizing up, maybe even by 2 sizes, or just try them on first if you can, before you buy them. I've returned mine and will not be re-ordering them.
