Great fit, even for petite, very flattering, hood is a generous size. The zipper is heavy duty and 2-way. It does fit big, I wear Reitmans LG and a MD fits me. The bicep and armhole are quite small/ tight and range of motion is limited due to the design of the sleeve making the cross back tight. Also find the sleeves have too much filling, they're kinda fat. I like that the hood fur is removable, and the hood lining is super soft fur like.

Originally bought a medium; coat fits big. So sent back and reordered in a small. The small arrived today and 2 of the snaps are broken. Feeling extra annoyed because now I have to send this coat back again due to being sent a defective product. Probably won't reorder now since winter will be close to over before I get to actually use the jacket.

Although the coat seemed super warm and thick... the sizing is also HUGE. Had to return the Large as it fit more like a 2XL.... my husband was even able to fit into it!
