Q:  How do I become a member so I can access the coupons, contest and Wishlist?
A:  To become a Reitmans' virtual member, simply click on MY PROFILE in the main menu, fill in the form and choose a password. Once you have joined you may access the R Club as a member.
Q:  How do I enter the contest?
A:  You must be a member to enter our contest. To learn more about our current contest including the rules & regulations, please visit our contest page in the CLUB R section.
Q:  I've forgotten my password - help!
A:  If you have forgotten your login or password, click here.
Q:  How do I change MY PROFILE information (e-mail address, postal code, etc.)?
A:  To change your profile information, you must be a registered member. Click on MY PROFILE on the main menu and then on login. Make the changes to your personal information and click on SEND. It's that easy!
Q:  Where can I find the list of Reitmans stores?
A:  To find the Reitmans location nearest you, simply click on STORES in the main menu.
Q:  Can I shop online on the Reitmans site?
A:  No. Our system does not support online garment purchases. However, the styles viewed on our website can be found at most Reitmans locations. As we are always looking for ways to better service our customers, we are pleased to inform you that we are working towards offering on-line shopping to our customers in the future.
Q:  Where can I find financial information about the company?
A:  For annual reports and other financial information, please visit http://www.reitmans.ca.
Q:  Does Reitmans have a catalogue?
A:  Reitmans does not have a catalogue, however flyers are frequently distributed in most major newspapers across Canada as well as in our stores. Our flyers are also available online in our LET'S TALK section.
Q:  Why can't I access the Contest section?
A:  This is probably due to the security level set on your computer. When you visit the CLUB R section, our system sends a "cookie" to your computer in order for you to return to the site more easily. Depending on the security parameters set on your computer, it may refuse the "cookie", which could explain the problems you are experiencing when you try to access the page. To update your parameters, select "tools" on your browser toolbar, then select "Internet options" and decrease your computer's security level. This will enable the cookies.
Q:  Where can I find the link to download the current flyer?
A:  When in circulation, our flyers are available online in the "Let's Talk" section. http://www.reitmans.com/en/interactive/
Q:  I was looking for the Celebration section on your site and can’t find it. Is the collection still available?
A:  As of October 1, 2005, the Celebration Special Order Dresses collection will no longer be offered at Reitmans. This decision will allow us to increase depth in other departments that better meet our customer’s needs. Beginning October 1, 2005, we will no longer be taking orders for items from the Celebration Special Order Dresses Collection. After this date, samples and any balance of inventory will be available for purchase in select stores that currently carry the Celebration Special Order Dresses collection.
Q:  What is Reitmans’ return policy?
A:  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it.... Because your concerns are our concerns.
